The Hosh Sposh of a Nerdy Lesbian

So with all the hulabaloo going on about the new Xbox “720” I just wanted to clear a few things that I think are relevant in the rumor mill. 

First of all I don’t think they should make one, PERIOD. Right now where console gaming stands is the PERFECT niche. Instead of rushing into a new console they should continue focus on what they’ve already achieved (ha see what i did there?) and keep making it better. The Kinect is such an innovative platform that I’d rather see more what they can do for it then “make my graphics better” isn’t is enough that I can see the sweat on Marcus Fenix brow or do I have to see the outline of his dick too…blegh. Regardless consoles will never be close to PCs (or so I’ve heard I’m a console gamer myself) in terms of graphics because PCs can constantly be updated and rebuilt whenever we see fit, consoles how ever stay with their stock setting from purchase. 

To be completely honest with you (whoever is ou there reading) I never noticed the difference between composite cables and HDMI I honestly could NEVER see it which always led me to wonder what’s the big freaking deal as long as I can see what I’m doing while playing read the texts as they came on the screen I was happy. I don’t care about seeing every wrinkle on old man Joe’s face I just care about playing and enjoying my video game. I understand that there’s probably alot of technical jargin that I’ll probably never understand unless I have a degree in Quantum Physics but coming from laymans terms you understand where I’m coming from right? i just really don’t understand the purpose in making another system. You just released a slim line that (finally) doesnt red ring don’t get so far ahead of yourself in the game you’re still a best selling console sloooow down a bit.

Another thing that bugs me to no end, it doesn’t play “used” games what kind of horse shit is that?! How is it gonna know if the game is used? Does it have a “cheating dick” detector that pretty much says, “yo dick has been in some otha bitches snatch GTFO” and spit the disk out? This kinda sounds funky to me, unless it’s another way for the company to suck us into buying more games.

Another note I’d like to add before i finish my obscene ramble. The Blu-Ray rumor, I severely doubt it will happen. I mean REALLY think about it. Sony, the makers of the Playstation 3, Microsoft’s direct competition INVENTED BLU RAY. Do you really think Sony will fork over the licencing to help build a competing system? I really don’t think so. The PS3 is still the best blu-ray player on the market and stands to reason considering it was the first of it’s kind. If Microsoft was ever planning on having Blu-Ray don’t you think they would’ve jumped on it for the 360? I don’t doubt they’ll build a processor capable of handing huge scale games like Final Fantasy (which XIII was 3 disks) and Dead Space 2 (2 disks) to make up for the fact that they won’t have Blu-Ray but I don’t honestly think it will be a feature, because financially…bad move Sony, you make financial woopsies too many times.

Well that’s my basic opinion on the situation and I hope someone comments or brings up anything I might have missed I’d love to hear other opinions on the rumor mill and yes this is just my opinion and views on the subject. I probably left a few things out I tend to type slower then I’m thinking so if you have an questions feel free to ask.
